Refund Policy

All our products are digital goods. Once delivered, they are considered used and activated. Therefore, we strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges after delivery.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements are only possible under the following conditions:

• The delivered license key is invalid or non-functional.
• You report the issue to us within 24 hours of purchase.
• You provide sufficient proof (screenshots, order ID, and email used for purchase).

Resolution

After verification, we will reissue a valid license key at no extra cost. We do not issue monetary refunds once a working digital code has been sent.

Important Notes

• We do not accept refund requests caused by incorrect purchase, system incompatibility, or buyer’s remorse.
• Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
