Step 1: Sign In to Autodesk Account
Open one of the official Autodesk login pages:
manage.autodesk.com accounts.autodesk.com
Enter your Autodesk ID (email) and password to sign in.
If 2-Step Verification is enabled, follow the on-screen instructions.
Enterprise users may be redirected to a company SSO login page.

Step 2: Check Your Registered Email
Open Profile
After signing in:
- Click your avatar (top-right corner)
- Select Manage Account or Profile
Verify Email Address
On the Profile page, locate the Email field.
This is the email address linked to your Autodesk license.
After successful activation, authorized products will appear under
Products and Services.

Troubleshooting
- Forgot password: Use the “Forgot?” option on the login page.
- No access to email: Update to a valid email (verification required).
- SSO issues: Check company VPN or try incognito mode.
- Region / network errors: Switch network or browser.
Never share your password or verification codes.
Always make sure the domain is
